PRE-ORDER POLICY

Some items available on The Little House of Magic website may be sold as pre-order.

What is a pre-order?

A pre-order item is not yet in stock but is available to purchase in advance. This allows you to secure your order before the item arrives with us.

Dispatch times

• Pre-order items have extended dispatch times, which will be clearly stated on the product page at the time of purchase
• If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may be shipped together once the pre-order item is ready, unless otherwise stated

Delivery estimates

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to suppliers, production schedules, or courier delays. Delays to pre-order items do not constitute grounds for cancellation once the order has been placed.

Payments

Payment is taken in full at the time of ordering for all pre-order items.

Cancellations & returns

Pre-order items follow the same returns policy as standard items once dispatched, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

SHIPPING & RETURNS – SHORT FAQ

How long does shipping take?

UK orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days (unless pre-order or customised) and are usually delivered within 2 working days after dispatch.

International delivery may take up to 14 days.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally. Please note that international orders are final unless the item is faulty.

What if my order is lost or damaged?

Once your order has been dispatched, responsibility passes to the courier. We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Can I return my order?

UK customers may request a return within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused and returned in original condition.

We offer store credit only. Postage costs are non-refundable.

Are any items non-returnable?

Yes. For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may be exempt from returns, as stated on the product page.

What about pre-order items?

Pre-order items have longer dispatch times and estimated dates are not guaranteed. Full payment is taken at checkout.
