Exchanges & Refunds:

We always want your magical parcels to arrive just right. If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, we’re happy to offer a refund in the form of store credit once it has been inspected. These items must be returned within 14 days of purchase. Please note we do not offer exchanges, and refunds are not available for sale items or for orders that are simply unsuitable — we do our best to provide as much detail as possible in our product descriptions so you can choose the perfect piece.

All other sales are final. If your item arrives faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll be happy to help.

We take the utmost care when packing your order, carefully wrapping each item before it leaves our little house. However, we are not responsible for damages that occur in transit or parcels that are misplaced by couriers. All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked service — if a parcel is marked as delivered but hasn’t reached you, we recommend checking safe outdoor spots, with neighbours, and then contacting Royal Mail directly.

Shipping, Taxes & Lead Times

All of our parcels are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 service, ensuring your magical order can be followed every step of the way. Our current turnaround time is 2–14 days from when your order is placed (this does not include preordered items). You’ll find any specific lead times for preorders noted in the product descriptions.

Once your parcel leaves our little house and you receive your tracking details, it becomes the responsibility of Royal Mail. Any claims for lost or damaged parcels will need to be raised directly with them via their website or phone service.

If your order includes both preordered and ready-to-ship items, we’ll send everything together once the preorder arrives — as only one postage fee is paid at checkout. If you’d like the ready-to-ship items sooner, we can arrange an additional postage cost; just pop us a message and we’ll be happy to help.

We’re delighted to send a little magic across the globe! Shipping prices are calculated by location, and you’ll see the correct cost for your country at checkout.

Please take care when placing international orders, as these cannot be refunded, exchanged, or replaced. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you may be responsible for any duty taxes or customs fees your country applies. We kindly recommend checking your local guidelines so you’re aware of any possible charges before your parcel begins its journey from our little house to yours.
