FAQ
Exchanges & Refunds:
We will offer you an exchange or refund if you receive an item that is damaged or faulty these items must be returned within 28 days of purchase. Please note that this is subject to inspection. If the wrong size is purchased these can be exchanged for the correct size if the postage is covered by you. If the size you require is out of stock you will be offered store credit.
Items are non refundable otherwise & all sales are final - please email Help@thelittlehouseofmagic.co.uk within 7 days of delivery.
As a small business I regret that I cannot refund/swap items that are simply 'unsuitable' as I provide as much information as we can about them when listing them in my shop. Please also note we do not offer exchanges & refunds on sale items. If you have a specific request then please pop me over a message.

We take the utmost care when packing your order and all items are carefully wrapped and checked prior to sending. We are not responsible for damages in transit or Items that misplaced by couriers. We send our items using a tracked service via Royal Mail, if an item is marked as delivered but your parcel has reached you I would advise you to check sheltered outdoor areas, neighbours, etc and then contact the courier.
Shipping & Taxes & Lead Times:
All items are shipped through Royal Mail Tracked 48 service. We aim to ship your order within 2-14 days from receiving it, However This doesn’t include items that are preordered. You will find more information of expected delivery times in the description of the item purchased.
Please visit the Royal Mail website to enquire about lead times. Once your order has been fulfilled on our end and you have received your tracking details, your order is the responsibility of Royal Mail and any lost or damaged items are to be lodged via their website or phone.
Orders that contain preordered and ready to ship items will be sent together once the preordered item comes in, we do this because only one postage cost has been paid. We offer an additional postage cost if you need the other items in your order sooner, please contact us for details.
International:
We ship worldwide and prices are subject to location, as you checkout you will be able to see the correct pricing information for your country.
Please order carefully as international orders are unable to be refunded, exchanged or replaced.
By placing an international order you are acknowledging that you may have to pay duty taxes. Please ensure you are aware of any possible charges you may incur in order to receive the goods.
