Our turnaround time is up to 14 days, We send ourorders using Royal Mail 48 hour tracked delivery (this is excluding our turnaround time). Please note this doesn’t not apply to PRE ORDERED items.
What is your return policy?
We will offer you an exchange or refund if you receive a item that is damaged or faulty. Please note that this is subject to inspection. Items are non refundable otherwise & all sales are final - please contact help@thelittlehouseofmagic.co.uk within 7 days of delivery.
